I haven't gotten cold feet yet, but it is good to get prepared for the change! Right now, I just think that it's exciting, a nice challenge! Here are my pros and cons.
I can eat a lot of: I can't eat:
+ Fat (that taste goood…) - Candy, Chips… (of course I can't eat)
++ Meat - Fruits
+ Fish - Flour
+ Chicken - Potato, pasta, rice
+++ Cheese, Cambozola, cheese!! -Bread :(
+ Egg - Under earth vegetables
+ Fat sauces
+ Avocado
+ Mushrooms
+ Vegetables which grows up earth
+ Dark chocolate is ok
+ Red wine is ok
- Cream is good but scary
The scariest thing is that you should eat fat! That feels very strange! I have avoided fat in all these years and now I'm supposed to start to eat it! The plate model has scared me! Fat provides fat! But is it so that it is carbohydrates that provide fat? I'll try one month anyway!By the LCHF-diet is Swedish!!
